To enrol:
To successfully enrol in the study, we require a completed referral form from a GP or psychiatrist
Email the form to NSLHD-researchpoet@health.nsw.gov.au or fill an online referral form
Once the referral is received, one of our research staff will contact the referred patient for screening and enrolment.
